CopyTele, Inc. Announces Annual Meeting of Stockholders

MELVILLE, NY - September 3, 2009: CopyTele, Inc. (OTCBB:COPY), announced today that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at the Fox Hollow, Woodbury, New York on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Stockholders of record on September 18, 2009 will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting. The Company currently expects to begin mailing the Annual Report and Proxy Statement on or about September 24, 2009.
